How to find where SaaS revenue is leaking
We make these products and earn the full sale price when you buy. This guide recommends between our own products, says what each one's proof does and does not show, and names the free or cheaper option where it is enough.
In shortTo find where SaaS revenue leaks, start with the $17 44-Bottleneck Checklist, an 11-page printable instrument covering 44 bottlenecks across seven layers. Teams that want the scored, interactive version with ARR-at-risk modelling and a ranked repair order should buy the $147 Diagnostic Toolkit. Consultants who run this for clients need the $497 Pro Kit, and the commercial licence to resell it.
What has been shown
Two published proofs, and both show the real tool rather than mockups.
| Proof | What it measured | Result |
|---|---|---|
| Recorded walkthrough, 6 Sept 2026 | One sample company taken through the 44-point diagnostic and two of the eight repair engines | Scored 52 out of 100, tier At Risk, weakest layer Expansion, with 13% logo churn flagged first on the board view. A 66-second silent recording of three screens. |
| What a licence holder opens, Edition 2.0 | The full contents of the commercial licence | The 44-question diagnostic (about 25 minutes), eight browser engines, a 33-page methodology brief and a 61-page boardroom framework. Every engine takes the consultant's firm name. |
What that proof does and does not show
- The walkthrough company, Northwind Analytics, is fictional. It proves the instrument scores, ranks and reports as described. It does not show what the diagnostic found or fixed at a real business.
- We make these products and recorded the walkthrough ourselves.
- The engines run entirely in your browser. They do not connect to a CRM or send your figures anywhere.
- It is a diagnostic, not a fix. It tells you what to repair and in what order; the repair is still your team's work.
Which one to choose
| If you are | Choose | Price |
|---|---|---|
| A founder who suspects a leak and wants to name it | The 44-Bottleneck Checklist | $17 one-time |
| An operator who needs a scored result for a planning meeting | Revenue Stability Diagnostic Toolkit | $147 one-time |
| A fractional CRO, RevOps advisor or consultant billing per engagement | Revenue Stability Pro Kit | $497 one-time |
| A firm delivering it to clients under its own brand | Commercial Licence | $997 a year or $2,497 lifetime |
Who should buy none of these
A pre-revenue company. The instrument diagnoses leaks in revenue you already have.
The honest alternative
A competent RevOps lead can build a funnel-stage audit from the CRM in a week. These products save that week and give you a structured instrument; they do not replace someone who understands your pipeline.
The main drawback
It is a diagnostic, not a fix. You still have to do the repair work it ranks.

Questions buyers ask
Can I see the diagnostic before buying?
Yes. A recorded walkthrough of the real tool on a sample company is public on the Lab.
Does it connect to my CRM?
No. It works from figures you enter, and the engines run entirely in your browser, so nothing is sent anywhere.
Who is the Pro Kit for?
Someone who bills for revenue engagements and is tired of rebuilding the audit for each client.
Is the free Quick Scan enough?
It is the right first step to see whether you have a problem worth diagnosing. The paid instrument is for naming exactly where.
