Content and UGC Service OS runs a repurposing or UGC service from the first prospect message to paid delivery. Every job is gated, every draft is traced to the moment in the source it came from, and every quote is priced from your own hours.

A service business runs on a few unglamorous things going right. When they slip, you pay for it in unpaid hours.
Work begins on a promise, the first invoice sits unpaid, and you are already drafting for a client who has not committed.
Scope was never pinned down, so every round of feedback opens another one that was never in the quote.
You worked from your idea of their voice instead of their actual words, and the post claims something they never said.
Extra approvers, a rushed deadline and a regulated topic were never priced in, so a job that looked fine at proposal loses money by delivery.
The app puts a gate, a check or a rule in front of each of these, so the mistake cannot happen quietly. It was built from an audit of 23 specific problems in a typical one-person content service. Each one is answered inside the app.
The app always shows the next action. The actions that matter (drafting, sending for review, delivery) stay locked until the work before them is done.
Nine conditions before production, including accepted scope, consent, a named approver and the initial payment. A blocked job shows Waiting, the blocker and a review date.
Transcript cleanup, a passage finder and a clip finder. Rows the AI suggested are marked Check until you confirm them against the source.
Each idea gets an ID, the exact excerpt, its qualifications and its evidence: Usable, Revise or Blocked. A yield check stops you stretching a thin source.
Built from three to five of the client's own posts: rhythm, openings, endings, formatting and a do-not list. In month one, the first two drafts go out for a voice check.
One idea and one format at a time, with the exact excerpt and an asset ID such as CI03-LI-02 in every prompt. An editor pass reports problems before you read.
A proposed order with no same-idea clashes. The pilot lands on days 1, 3, 5, 8, 10 and 12, and you can move any date.
Six internal checks per post, then approval tied to the exact version the client saw. Silence never approves.
Stays locked until approvals, the publishing order, archiving and the balance are all done. Exports the final copy and publishing order (approved versions only), the source map and the approval record.
Seven-day numbers, your real hours against the plan, and a decision: Renew, Revise, Wait or Close. Renew builds the next cycle with the voice and details carried over.
Four packages come ready to edit: Pilot (6 LinkedIn posts over 2 weeks), Continuation (8 posts over 4 weeks), Full system (44 assets) and Managed (2 sources, 54 assets). Seven formats are covered: LinkedIn post, X post, X thread, short video script, newsletter section, graphic and clip. Each job also carries nine client messages filled from its own details, from the proposal after the call to the results note.
The app reads every draft before you do. Errors block the post from moving on; warnings tell you exactly what to check.
Phrases on the remove list, your client's banned words, a missing source, character limits, repeated openings, numbers and quotes to verify, dashes, emoji, markdown, opening questions, hashtag blocks and summary endings. Three more run across the whole batch: every post ending on a question, uniform length and repeated closing lines.
Each post carries the passage it came from, so when a client asks where a line came from, the answer is on the post.
Drafts go to the client as a review copy marked not for publication, with each post's version. Edit a post after the client approved it and the approval reopens. The approval record exports with who approved, when, and a fingerprint of the exact text.
On a repurposing job, the AI steps stay off until the client has agreed to AI tools. Every AI answer is shown to you first and applied only when you click.
Example: draft CI03-LI-02, checked just now
The pipeline will not let you send a message you could have sent to anyone.
A prospect is added only with a real source you read and the exact moment that caught your attention. Budget stays Unknown until they tell you.
Paste a prospect's transcript and get three specific moments to open with, without flattery. Then build the email, the LinkedIn message or the UGC version from it.
Sending stays locked with no recorded moment, an unfilled placeholder, no signature, dashes, odd characters or links in the body. Stock phrases, hype and length raise warnings.
Each business is counted once per stage. If there is no reply, one follow-up goes out after five business days, carrying your two sample posts or UGC outline when they exist, and then the prospect closes. Every ten sends, the app asks you to change one thing: the buyer group, the first line or the proof. Objections are logged in the buyer's own words.
Enter your rate and your time allowances once. The minimum quote for every package follows, before any quote leaves.
More approvers, a rush or a regulated niche raise that job's hours and its minimum. Other jobs are unaffected.
Production hours left after sales, admin and a reserve, how many pilots fit in a week, and a warning when open jobs pass your limit.
Agreed fee, money actually received, what is still outstanding, and your contribution once costs are counted. 26 editable time allowances, compared with your real hours after every job.
Entry-level 2026 rates are filled in as a starting point. Change any of them to your own.
The test-ready pilot is one concept with three hooks on a shared body: three variations, six named files. The start gate has twelve conditions, because UGC has more ways to go wrong than a text post.
12 concept families, with warnings on the ones that only work when true. At least 10 hooks across 10 categories, each with a spoken line, on-screen text and opening visual.
A bridge line that works after any hook. [CREATOR] placeholders instead of invented experience. Six A-roll and ten B-roll shots per concept.
Every sentence with a number or one of 32 claim words is listed and must be matched to approved wording and evidence.
Eight checks, including whether the disclosure was decided before approval.
13 checks for every file: with sound, muted, phone size, captions, safe zones, music rights, disclosure and file name.
Channels, territory, dates, handle use, edits, raw footage, exclusivity and AI likeness on one record. Usage priced by period, territory, whitelisting and exclusivity, with your margin after the creator fee. Licences flagged 14 days before they expire.
One naming pattern, so a folder of variations stays readable months later. Results are calculated by variation: hook rate, CTR, CPC, click conversion and CPA, with missing data shown as Unknown rather than zero. A creator roster keeps contact, rate, samples, on-time record, paid test task and agreement in one place.
Internal jobs take your own interview, webinar or article through the same steps with no client, no payment and no client approval round; you still approve each final version yourself. You learn the process on something that cannot go wrong for a client, get posts for your own channels, and record your true hours before you quote anyone.
The Today tab is the daily driver: one line per open job saying what happens next, with the selling kept going alongside the delivery.
Blocked jobs show a Waiting flag and a review date. Follow-ups due, prospects to close and usage licences near expiry are listed beside them.
45 minutes of research, 30 of writing and 15 of updating, with counters against your daily targets.
A seven-day checklist with dates. Each day has a line saying what done means.
The Playbook tab adds 20 sections you can use straight away, including a 20-minute discovery call, objections with answers, intake and UGC brief questions, what goes in the agreement, a creator agreement checklist and recovery rules for when something goes wrong.
Notion templates and spreadsheets are good at holding records. They do not stop a job starting unpaid or a generic draft reaching a client.
| What you need | Template or spreadsheet | Content and UGC Service OS |
|---|---|---|
| Stop work starting before payment | A column you remember to check | Start gate keeps drafting locked |
| Drafts that stay true to the client's words | Up to you | Source passage in every prompt and on every post |
| Catch generic AI phrasing | Your own read-through | 28 automatic checks, errors block the post |
| Know what the client approved | An email thread | Approval tied to the exact version |
| A quote that covers your time | A guess | Minimum quote from your hours, per job |
| Outreach that is specific | A message template | Locked until a real moment is recorded |
| Prompts for every step | Write your own | 10 AI-assisted steps, any AI chat |
One zip, five files. Double-click the app to open it. Nothing to install, no account to create.
The app. Opens in Chrome, Edge or Safari on your computer and works offline.
Your first hour, every tab, both job types, drafting and checks, saving and backups, the rules and an FAQ. Prints to PDF.
The whole workflow to read and print: prices, finding clients, every step of a repurposing and a UGC job, client messages, a worked example, the AI prompts and paper trackers. 35 pages.
Six steps to get going, and how to back up.
Solo for one person, or Studio for up to five people in one business. No resale. Free 1.x updates.
Copy the prompt into the AI you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and paste the answer back. No API key, no integration and no extra subscription. An answer that does not fit changes nothing.
No tracking, no account and no outside requests. The only thing that leaves the file is a prompt you choose to paste into your AI. It saves as you type, backs up to one JSON file, and exports a review copy of drafts, your approved final copy and publishing order, the source map, the approval record and prospects.
A finished six-post sample job is one click away, so you can walk through a complete job before your first client. It is built from a document, not a client, and is labelled that way.
Pay once. Free updates throughout version 1.x. No subscription.
One person running their own service.
Up to five people working in one business.

No. You open the file in Chrome, Edge or Safari and start. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to install, and the file makes no outside requests, so it works offline.
Any AI chat you already use, such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The app builds the prompt, you paste it into your AI, and you paste the answer back. The app shows the answer first and applies it only when you click. No API key and no extra subscription.
In your browser on your computer. There is no server, no account and no tracking. Download a JSON backup whenever you like and restore it on the same or another computer. Before a restore the app checks the backup, shows what it holds next to what is here now, and keeps an undo point.
Browser storage is cleared with it. Download a backup from the Data tab at least once a week and before clearing browser data or changing computer; restoring it brings everything back.
It builds a voice card from three to five of their own posts and puts it into every drafting prompt. You still read and edit every post, and the client approves the exact version they see.
Yes. You can film yourself or direct creators. The UGC steps cover concepts, hooks, scripts, shot lists, claims, rights and file checks, and a creator roster tracks the people on camera.
No. Repurposing and UGC are separate job types with their own steps and gates. If you only offer one, the other stays out of the way. The Today and Pipeline tabs show everything in one place.
Yes. Choose New internal job and take your own recording through the same steps without a client, a payment or a client approval round. You still approve each final version yourself.
No. The claim, disclosure and usage-rights checklists prompt you to get the right agreement and evidence. Rules differ by market, so check the ones that apply to you and your clients.
Every 1.x update is free. When one is released you download the new file from your purchase receipt and restore your backup into it.
