30-Day Service Sprintsby Slipper Digital

Eleven writing services · one dated plan · one file

Thirty days to test a writing service, with the plan, the messages and the books already written

Pick one of eleven workflows. Each tells you who to sell to, what to offer and at what price, where to find buyers, what to say, how to deliver and what to do on each of the next 30 days. Once someone says yes, the app keeps the order and your cash honest.

Founding price: $59 for the first 25 Complete Solo orders, then $79. The button applies the code for you.

Why a plan

Starting a service usually fails in the gaps, not the writing

The trouble is everything around the skill that nobody wrote down for you.

No clear first week

You know you should sell something, but not to whom, at what price, or what to say in the first message. Each workflow names the buyer, the offer, the price and the message.

Quotes counted as sales

A proposal feels like progress and a deposit looks like a second sale. The Cash tab keeps six figures apart, so the number you see is the real one.

Jobs that drift

Scope is vague, revisions multiply and a $97 job turns into a week. Every offer has a written scope, a revision limit and exclusions.

No way to read a slow month

Twenty messages and no reply could mean the offer, the buyer group or the message is wrong. Four gates tell you what to change next.

Each of these has a written answer inside the app, and in a document you can print.

Choose by who you can reach

Find your workflow in twenty seconds

Start with the buyers you can actually contact this week. Tap a group to see the workflows that sell to them, the first offer you would sell and what it pays.

Offer prices are what you charge your clients, in US dollars, as launch prices to test. They are not market data or a promise of income. Each workflow also has a larger core offer and a bundle, and the app lets you change every price once you have timed a real job. First-draft days are business days after the intake answers, the payment and the start date are all in.

Undecided? Get all eleven for $59 You choose your workflow at checkout when you buy a single one.

How the 30 days work

A month with a shape, dated from the day you press start

Day 1 is setup and a timed sample. Selling starts on Day 2. Paid work starts the moment the deposit, the intake answers and a start date are all in, so nobody waits for a delivery week.

Days 1-7

Set up and start selling

Timed sample, prices, payment route, terms and your first approaches.

Days 8-14

Qualify and close

Replies become qualified conversations, then a written scope and a quote.

Days 15-21

Deliver and learn

First paid work goes out and your real hours come back.

Days 22-30

Settle and decide

Money is collected and you choose to continue, narrow, reprice or switch.

90 minSell

Find and qualify five new prospects, write each first message by hand, answer replies, send the follow-ups that are due.

70 minProduce

Paid client work first. With none booked, practise on the sample or improve your portfolio page.

20 minRecords

Log approaches, replies, quotes, payments and hours. Pick tomorrow's most important action.

5new approaches on each outreach day, shared by every workflow you run
4rest days with no new contacts: days 6, 13, 20 and 27
18production hours booked at most at first, with two one-off jobs open at once. Both limits are yours to change.

Inside every workflow

Seven sections, each one complete on its own

Read it, score it, start it. The same sections appear in the app and in the printable Workflows document.

1

Overview

The buyer, the signs they need it now, a five-slider scorecard, a readiness check, and offers with scope, exclusions, hours and payment terms.

2

Worked example

A complete fictional project: rough notes and intake answers, a weak first draft, the improved draft, the revision and the editorial decisions. The standard your work has to reach.

3

30-day plan

Every day with its tasks, the rest days and the four gates, with real dates once you press start.

4

Find and message

Where to find buyers, searches to try, five qualification checks, message patterns, a written scope and answers to common objections.

5

Deliver

Discovery and intake questions, step-by-step delivery, the working documents each job gets, AI prompt patterns and pass criteria for quality checks.

6

Money

Your prices against your hours, what an order earns after fees and costs, the last safe start, four example months and a cash-target planner.

7

Rules

The rules for this service plus the shared delivery, AI, payment and outreach rules.

+

What to sell next

A monthly offer for the same client, and a small product idea you can build later from work you have already done.

Pipeline

Selling that stays specific

One record per prospect. Each one needs a dated sign that they need the service now and one specific thing you will mention in your first message.

  • Five qualification checks

Need, material, approver, deadline and budget. Keep prospects who pass at least four.

  • Messages to rewrite from what you saw

First message, follow-up and closing note arrive with the first name and your signature filled in. Anything still in square brackets is flagged before you send. They are starting points, never text to paste to a list.

  • One follow-up, then close

One follow-up after four business days and an optional closing note a week later. Stop at any no. People who decline drop out of every to-do list.

  • Free work with a ceiling

Ten minutes on a custom extract in a first message, one hour of custom free work in the month. Full pilots are paid.

FoundApproachedFollowed upRepliedQualified conversationQuote sentClient

Jobs

From yes to a paid, scoped order

When a buyer says yes, one button turns the prospect into a job that keeps exactly what was agreed.

  • A written scope for every offer

Word counts, source limits, revision limits and exclusions are part of each offer. A lower price always means less work.

  • A payment rule built in

Under $150, paid in full before work starts. From $150, half upfront and half after the one consolidated revision, before final editable files. Monthly work is paid before the month starts.

  • Three start conditions

Intake answers, the agreed payment and a booked start date. Until all three are in, the job shows what it is waiting for, and nothing can be overdue.

  • Accepted jobs never change price

Change your prices later and existing jobs keep the price, scope and hours they were sold with.

Cash

Cash you can believe

A good week of proposals cannot pass for a good month of income. The Cash tab keeps six figures apart.

  • Prices checked against your hours

Enter your hourly floor. Any price that pays less per production hour is flagged, and the app shows the price your hours need once selling time, direct cost and fees are counted.

  • A last safe start

The latest booked start that can still be reviewed, paid and settled by Day 30. Orders after it are next month's cash.

  • Work back from a cash target

Enter the cash you need settled and your conversion rates. The planner shows the orders, approaches and hours needed, and says plainly when the month cannot fit.

  • Hours that cannot hide an overrun

Logging time never reduces the hours still needed, and the app tells you when logged time passes the booked allowance.

Review gates

Four gates, each with a next move

Gate counts come from your records, not your ticks. When a gate is short, the app says what to change. Cutting the price on the same work is never the answer.

Day 7
Counted20 prospects listed, 20 approached, a sample that passes the quality checks, a payment route tested.
If shortCheck execution, fit and access first. Change one thing for the next ten: the observation, the channel or the buyer group. Twenty messages do not prove there is no market.
Day 14
Counted45 approached, 3 qualified conversations, 2 quotes sent.
If shortQualify harder when replies lack fit. With quotes and no payment, review objections and test a smaller named scope, another reachable group or stronger proof.
Day 21
Counted1 order with money received, actual hours compared with allowances, no follow-up overdue.
If shortFix intake or scope before adding orders. With no paid order yet, spend outreach on warm introductions and the entry offer, and ask people who said no what would have made it a yes.
Day 30
Counted1 order with money received, a return across all hours you accept, remaining work recorded on every prepaid period.
If shortContinue when paid delivery, reachable buyers and the numbers support it. Narrow, reprice or switch when they do not. Record zero if no sale happened. It is a result.

Straight answers

Who it is for, and who it is not for

You will not find an income figure on this page, and you will not find one in the app.

A good fit if you

  • Can write clearly and want to sell it as a defined service, not hourly freelancing.
  • Can reach at least one buyer group: people you know, a local area, a niche online.
  • Can give about three hours on most days for a month, or half the plan with half the time.
  • Want honest numbers, even when they say change course.
  • Already use an AI chat and want prompts and checks that keep the work accurate.

Not for you if you want

  • NoGuaranteed income. Prices are launch prices to test and zero sales is a possible result.
  • NoA tool that finds clients or sends messages. You write each message by hand; the app records what happens.
  • NoAI that writes the deliverables for you. The prompts assist; you read and fix every answer before a client sees it.
  • NoTeam logins, shared databases or real-time collaboration, or a team larger than five.
  • NoFiles to resell or white-label. The licence covers your own business.

It is not legal, tax or financial advice. The rules it follows for everything that reaches a client: no invented credentials or results, no fake or filtered reviews, no fake urgency, honest subject lines, no passwords, and plain text with no placeholders left in.

Included in every edition

Later: turn repeated work into a small product

The optional Service to Product extension helps you turn a task you have already done for clients into a small paid worksheet or checklist, such as a headline swipe file or a resume bullet cheat sheet. It never delays paid work, and the first month assumes it earns $0.

  1. Pick one repeated buyer task and write it as an action a person can finish today.
  2. Build the worksheet from scratch, with a worked example using clearly labelled fictional facts.
  3. Write a short guide, then ask one suitable person to use it without your help.
  4. Check every file from an extracted copy and write the listing in plain language, with no passive income claims.

It opens only after an entry gate: two paid projects delivered in the workflow, three relevant people describing the problem in their own words, and no paid deadline at risk.

Questions

Questions people ask

Will it get me clients?

It gives you a dated plan, a daily list and the messages to start from. You do the outreach and the delivery, and the result depends on your buyers, your work and your effort. Zero sales is a possible result, and the gates tell you what to change if it happens.

Which workflow should I choose?

Start with the buyers you can actually reach and the work you can already do well. Each workflow has a five-slider scorecard (urgency, ability to pay, speed to deliver, proof you can show, access to buyers) and five readiness checks. Continue at 3.5 or above. Read the worked example first: it shows the standard your own sample has to reach.

Do I need writing experience?

You need to produce the entry offer at the quality shown in the worked example. The readiness check asks you to make a sample within its time allowance and confirm it passes the quality checks. If it does not yet, Day 1 is for practice, or you choose another workflow.

How much time does it take?

The plan assumes about three hours on most days: 90 minutes selling, 70 minutes on client work and 20 minutes on records, with four rest days. With half the time, halve the plan.

Does it need an account or the internet?

No. Unzip the download, double-click the file and it opens in your browser. It works offline and sends nothing anywhere. Open the same file in the same browser each time, because that is where your work is saved, and download a backup from the Data tab every few days.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes, it works at phone width. Your phone keeps its own copy, separate from your computer, so you move records between devices with a backup file.

Does it use AI?

The Deliver section includes AI prompt patterns and quality checks. Use them in any chat AI you already have: copy the prompt, send it, then check and edit the answer yourself before it becomes client work. No API key and no extra subscription. The app itself contacts nothing.

Can I run more than one workflow?

Yes, with the Complete edition. They share one budget of five new approaches a day, one set of hours and one diary. Start with one unless you can genuinely reach two buyer groups.

What if I buy one workflow and want all eleven later?

Your download includes an upgrade code that takes $29 off Complete Solo. Back up in the Single file and restore in the Complete one, and your records come across.

How does the founding price work?

The founding code takes $20 off Complete Solo, making it $59, for the first 25 orders. It stops working after that, and the price is $79. The buy buttons apply it for you, and checkout always shows the price that applies.

What is the refund policy?

30 days. If it is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I use what I make for my clients?

Yes. Messages, scopes, drafts, fact sheets, handover notes and records you create are yours to use in your business without restriction. You may not resell or share the app, the guide or the documents themselves.
